Hit a slick spot on the road, went down hard on my bike on my RIGHT side, which has never happened. I almost always fall to the left.
I have a huge bump/bruise on my hip, but I did some damage to my shoulder. Googling now to figure out what tendon/muscle I destroyed.
YAY PAIN.

So last night I fell asleep at 9pm because my stomach was hurting and I was afraid I’d throw up so I just forced myself to sleep.
I woke up this morning with what feels like a sinus headache, achy body and a sore nose/throat.
Mondays are the days everybody calls out so I basically have no choice…
that new bed is calling for you…. come back, sleep in me!!!!
